If you wanted to or not, nobody ever asked me,
It could not be otherwise.
If life was the question,
One thing sent to try
The affirmation of life,
Anything that can not be?
An attempt to die.

Is not it worse fatigue, disappointment?
Think first what you are!
Summon your old conscience!
I gave you innocence,
I gave you hope,
And health, and genius, and a wide morning
